Quantity Surveyor

Job Requirements:Ability to supervise & follow-up the execution of the awarded contract in different location within KSA. -Has demonstrate undertake supervisory of surveying activities of all phases of work execution -Able to Coordinate on work progress and quality control inspection. -Knowledge in Preparing valuations for payment, comparing contract terms with tender document & report variances -Able to Prepare a comprehensive filing system & keep site records -Ability to Manage quantity surveying in certain job & prepare tender document for renovation sites.

Educational attainment: Holding 3 Yrs Technical Diploma or Engineering Degree (All trades, majority Civil).

Work Experience: Min 5 work experience. Good knowledge of MS Access, Excel & AutoCAD software’s’ applications. Fluent in English; knowing French language is added advantage.

Method&Planning Civil

Job Requirements: Knowledge of the design. Able  to do forecast quantity of all formworks & shoring material. Capable to do the site set – up like tower cranes, circulation and etc…Capable to do concrete schedule & concrete quantities

Educational attainment: Civil Engineering graduates, good in written & oral communication, with excellence knowledge in Auto-Cad, MS office, preferably with knowledge of STAAD & Math-Cad, MS project or PRIMAVERA

Work Experience: Three (3) years minimum experience in actual constructions (vertical & Horizontal) with adequate knowledge about design and usage of formworks, molds and shoring material.

QA/QC Civil/Architectural

Job Requirements: Should be Familiar with QA/QC procedure such as: Inspection & Testing Plans (ITP's), method statements, quality plans, Quality Control, non-conformance reports, forms & checklist and recommended corrective actions. -Should have good personality and knowledge of English commands for discussing technical issues and presenting or explaining related information.
